Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for measuring the workability of a specimen and a method thereof are provided to measure the workability of a specimen precisely by maintaining the specimen at low temperature. An apparatus(100) for measuring the workability of a specimen comprises: a die member(110) compressing the specimen; and a specimen pressing member(160) moving through the die member. The cooling medium circulates inside one among die members. The die member indirectly cools the specimen. A guide hole is formed on the die member. The die member is arranged in order not to be interfered with the guide hole. In the die member, the cooling medium flow path is formed. The cooling medium flows along the cooling medium flow path. The specimen pressing member is inserted into the guide hole. The specimen pressing member is contacted to the specimen and measures the workability of the specimen.
