Zusammenfassung:	A spindle adjust apparatus of a computer numerical controlling twin spindle machine tool is provided to improve machine performance because an adjust apparatus is attached and elevation length of one side spindle can be adjusted. A spindle adjust apparatus of a computer numerical controlling twin spindle machine tool comprises a side spindle bundle(9a) which is separated from the elevation operation stand of two spindle bundles(9) which are side by side installed in front of an elevation operation stand(7), a vertical rail(12) which is installed in front of the elevation operation stand in which the side spindle bundle is mounted, a vertical guide groove which is formed in a supporting plate(9b) of the side spindle bundle, a female screw which protrudes between the vertical guide groove of the side spindle bundle supporting plate between the vertical rails, and a rotary screw rod of a sub-motor attached to the top of the elevation operation stand.
