Zusammenfassung:An additive for non-aqueous electrolyte is provided to secure enough overcharge safety even in a high voltage battery and to form a firm passivation film on the surface of a negative electrode. An additive for non-aqueous electrolyte comprises electrolyte salt and electrolytic solvent. The electrolyte comprises a compound having a pentahalophenyl group and a sulfonate group. The compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is a halogen element; R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1~C20 linear alkyl group, C3~C8 cyclic alkyl group, C2~C20 alkenyl group, C3~C8 cyclic alkenyl group, C1~C20 alkyl group, phenyl group and benzyl group which are substituted with halogen; and n is an integer of 1~3.
