Zusammenfassung:	A DNA enrichment mems chip for chromatin immunoprecipitation and a ChIP method using the same are provided to perform experiment with small amount of sample by replacing a ChIP technology using a conventional E. P. tube. A DNA enrichment mems chip for chromatin immunoprecipitation comprises an inlet(2) where a sample including the protein bonded with DNA and antibody are put into; a chamber(3) where a plurality of beads fixed with specific protein bonded with antibody is located inside thereof; and an outlet(6) formed at the other side of the inlet to discharge the sample.
