Zusammenfassung: | A refractory composition for spray with improved adiabaticity and adhesive properties using ceramic fiber and liquid binder is provided to shorten necessary time for construction by applying a spray type refractory composition. A refractory composition for spray contains 100parts of ceramic fiber and 80-100parts of liquid binder by weight. The liquid binder includes 50-58wt% of Al2O3, 25-30wt% of SiO2 and 17-20wt% of TiO2. The liquid binder contains inorganic binder and organic binder. A construction method of the refractory composition comprises the following steps of: preparing the refractory composition with viscosity of 400Cps or less; respectively injecting the ceramic fiber and liquid binder into different spray units and spraying the compositions to a surface of the target material; and drying the target material at 150°C or higher for 5 hours or more. The organic binder of the liquid binder represents polymer. |
