Zusammenfassung: | An IPS(In Plane Switching) mode liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the aperture ratio and form a common line in a direction parallel to data line. An active pattern is formed on the top of the gate electrode and interposes the first insulating layer. A source electrode and drain electrode are formed on the first substrate(110). The source electrode and drain electrode ARE electrically connect to the source area and drain region of the active pattern. The data line(117) defines pixel region by intersecting with the gate line(116). One or more common line is formed within the pixel region of the first substrate. A plurality of common electrodes and the pixel electrode(118) generate in-plane. |
