A fire-extinguishing aerosol formulation ingredient comprises: potassium nitrate as a fire extinguishing agent; phenol formaldehyde resin as a polymeric binder; magnesium carbonate basic water as endothermic component; and technical additive. The polymeric binder and endothermic component comprises potassium nitrate 55.0~61.0, phenol formaldehyde resin 14.0~18.0, magnesium carbonate basic water 23.0~26.0.
