Zusammenfassung:	A resistor for controlling a motor is provided to facilitate quality management and automation by connecting an end of a resistance coil member to a constant position of a terminal member. A housing member(10) includes a coil storage room(11). One side of a coil storage room is opened. A resistance coil member(20) is inserted to the inside of the coil storage room. The both ends of the resistance coil member are protruded to the outside of the housing member. A molding material(30) is filled in the coil storage room of the housing member. A connection terminal member is positioned in both sides of the housing member. One end of the connection terminal member is a terminal connection unit(41). The other end of the connection terminal member is a coil fixing unit(42). A terminal guide groove is formed in both sides of the housing member. The connection terminal member is inserted into the terminal guide groove.
