Zusammenfassung:A sliding bearing is provided to prevent a resin layer from being damaged by discharge by adding the hydrocarbon particle of the conductivity in the resin later of the insulating property. A sliding bearing comprises: a bearing alloy layer(1) including copper base alloy or aluminum base alloy which are welded into the surface of a back plate(3); and a resin layer(2) formed in the surface of bearing alloy layer. The resin layer is made from the heat-resistant resin and the hydrocarbon particle in which the average particle diameter is 15~45% of resin-rich by 10~40 volume%.
