In a portable battery charger using a solar heat, a convex lens(20) collects solar energy into one place and produces heat. An electric power generating element(30) produces the electricity by using heat generated from the convex lens. A CPU controls the operation of a fan and a cooling fin, and controls temperature generated with the convex lens. A voltage booster circuit(40) enhances the voltage of the generated electricity, and a secondary battery(60) stores the generated electricity. |
