Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing red ginseng extracts having high contents of saponin is provided to prevent destruction of phamacological components and formation of precipitate caused by red ginseng starch and proteins using an injection molding unit. A method for manufacturing red ginseng extracts having high contents of saponin comprises the following steps of: primarily drying the red ginseng to have moisture of 1-8% and primarily pulverizing the dried red ginseng in 20-200mesh; secondarily drying the pulverized red ginseng after injection molding; secondarily pulverizing the dried red ginseng in 10-100mesh; and stirring and extracting the secondarily pulverized red ginseng with water in a ratio of 1~10% by weight at a temperature range of 20~80°C for 10-30minutes. The injection molding is performed at a temperature between 120°C and 150°C.
