ULTRASONIC WAVE WELDING APPARATUS FOR WELDING METAL SEPARATOR OF FUEL CELL

An ultrasonic welding apparatus for junction of a metal separator for fuel cell is provided to prevent the surface deformation and crack of metal plates for metal separator by bonding the metal plates with ultrasonic vibration. An ultrasonic welding apparatus(100) for junction of a metal separator for fuel cell comprises a body(10) consisting of a base frame(11), a column frame(13), and an upper frame(15) installed on the top of the column frame, a horn(20) which is arranged between the base frame and the upper frame and in which a plurality of vacuum holes are formed on the bottom edge, an anvil(30) which is installed on the upper side of the base frame and receives upper and lower plates and fixes the lower plate, an ultrasonic vibrator(40) which is composed of a booster(41) and a converter(43) connected to the booster and provides the ultrasonic vibration, a linear servo motor(50) which is installed on the upper frame and moves the horn up and down with the ultrasonic vibrator, and a vacuum generation unit(60) which is installed on the upper frame and creates vacuum in the vacuum holes.
