Zusammenfassung: | A real time multiplex polymerase chain reaction is provided to minimize faults by operating the reaction automatically and to analyze and collect data by analyzing species of rice plants with a plurality of markers at the same time. A marker composition distinguishing species of rice plants includes a set of makers including two primers and one probe two or more. A method for distinguishing species of rice plants using marker sets for a plurality of species of the rice plants comprises the following steps of: performing a PCR in real time with DNA extracted from the rice plants using the marker composition; confirming PCR amplification by sets of makers after detecting fluorescent material peak obtained from a result of the PCR; and distinguishing the species of the rice plants according to amplification of the PCR. |
