Zusammenfassung:	A manufacturing method of anti-static polyester film is provided to retain superior anti-fouling function and not to cause antistatic agent of an anti-static layer to fall off or dissolve in washing it with water or alcohol. A manufacturing method of anti-static polyester film comprises a step of single-axially stretching polyester substrate film; a step of manufacturing antistatic coating liquid containing conductive polymer resin, polyurethane resin, cross-linking agent and fluorine resin; a step of forming antistatic layer by spraying coating liquid on one side or both side of the single-axially stretched polyester film; and a step of double-axially stretching polyester substrate film on which anti-static layer is formed.
