Zusammenfassung:	A polymer membrane for a fuel cell is provided to ensure high hydrogen ion conductivity and mechanical properties by dispersing a nano-sized inorganic additive on the polymer membrane. A polymer membrane(60) for a fuel cell comprises a cation exchange resin and an inorganic additive(40). The inorganic additive has a layered structure and includes silisic acid-based clay. A method for producing the polymer membrane for a fuel cell consists of the following steps of: adding an inorganic additive to an organic solvent to produce an inorganic additive liquid; agitating the inorganic additive liquid to be peeled off; and separating inorganic additives from the peeled inorganic additive liquid.
