A lifting strap is rolled around the objects circumference in the spiral mode and is gripped by the hand while facing the objecs. A strap(11) is made of the textile material having the strand with strengthened gripping property part(12) on the side facing the object. Nylon is used as the textile material. The rubber is used as the strand having strengthened gripping property part. The strand is arranged as two groups(22) facing toward the edge of the strap.
