Zusammenfassung:An apparatus for treating wastewater using an electrochemical reactor is provided to effectively treat aromatic organic materials through a continuous process within a short time, thereby improving efficiency of operating the apparatus. An apparatus(100) for treating wastewater comprises an anode(110), a cathode(120), an aerator(130) and a porous structure(140). The anode generates hydrogen ions through an oxidation reaction. The cathode arranged to face against the anode generates hydrogen peroxide using the hydrogen ions. The aerator supplies oxygen to the cathode. The porous structure is formed between the anode and the cathode.
