Zusammenfassung:	A test handler and method for loading and unloading semiconductor device using the same is provided to improve transmission and withdrawal speed of the customer tray by installing additional four device for managing a transfer and withdraw. A test handler is comprised of a tray transferring apparatus and a tester. A load stock stores a customer tray in which the semiconductor element under test is loaded and is stored. A load stock includes a supply transport unit(110), and a supply transport unit is composed of a ball screw(111), and an elevation body(112) and a lifting driving part(113). A transfer arm collects an empty customer tray remaining after an object semiconductor device is transferred.
