Zusammenfassung:	A leaf spring structure and a coupling method thereof are provided to remove the heat and noise caused by surface friction of a leaf spring reciprocating on the inner support. A leaf spring structure comprises a protuberance leaf spring(110) in which protuberances are repeatedly formed lengthwise, a recess leaf spring(120) in which recesses are repeatedly formed lengthwise and which is combined with the protuberance leaf spring at right angle, an insertion roller which inserts or removes the recess leaf spring in the protuberance leaf spring, a leaf spring coupler(130) which prevents the deformation of the coupling structure between the recess leaf spring and the protuberance leaf spring, and a bolt(132) tightening the leaf spring coupler.
