Zusammenfassung:A composition for screening dielectric anemia medicine is provided to hinder aggregation of hemoglobin protein which is fundamental reason of dielectric anemia, to recover stability of the hemoglobin and to screen dielectric anemia medicine. A composition for screening dielectric anemia medicine contains peroxiredoxin II and hemoglobin. The peroxiredoxin II is one selected from protein having amino acid structure of a sequence number 2 or a base sequence of a sequence number 1, protein revealed from one selected from a base sequence including polymorphism of the sequence number 1, peroxiredoxin II polypeptide fraction showing physiologic activity equivalent to the peroxiredoxin II protein.
