Zusammenfassung:A process for manufacturing rubber-like polymer for electronic materials is provided to ensure excellent polymerization stability and thermal stability in collecting monomers by using a specific nonionic surfactant as an emulsifier. A process for manufacturing rubber-like polymer for electronic materials comprises a step of manufacturing a latex copolymer through the emulsion polymerization by using polyoxyethylene alkylether represented by the chemical formula 1 which has HLB of 13.5-17.0 and the cloud point of the solution of 70 °C or more, as an emulsifier; and a step of obtaining the rubber-like polymer by heating the latex copolymer in the presence of electrolyte. In the chemical formula 1, R is a C8-12 aliphatic hydrocarbon group and n shows the average condensation number of ethylenoxide of 5-20.
