Zusammenfassung:	A raw material charge device of a sinter cart and a charging method for the same is provided to improve the productivity of sintered ore and to prevent an air gap formed inside the blending raw material being decreased. A raw material charge device of a sinter cart comprises: a first upper ore sintering unit which soaks a top light(5) in order to form a ore layer(5a) on the floor of the transferred sinter cart; a compound material loading unit(40) soaking a blending raw material(7) to the ore layer on the floor with a first upper ore sintering unit; and a second upper ore sintering loading unit(60) soaking ore layer on the top. A second upper ore sintering device comprises a chute(62). A vertical opening part(62b) is formed on the progressive direction of sinter cart.
