Zusammenfassung:An optical panel for a backlight in which a fine optical waveguides is distributed is provided to remove a dark area occurring in an optical panel of a backlight unit, thereby providing uniform luminance or brightness of the backlight unit. In a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(110), a plurality of LED(Light Emitting Diode)s(120) is arranged. A diffusing plate(130) is positioned on the plurality of LEDs. The diffusing plate comprises optical waveguides(132-136). The diffusing plate is located at the front side of a light source LED. The optical waveguides are concentrated on a part where a front end of the optical waveguide of a surface on which light of the LED is incident faces the LED. The optical waveguide are equally distributed on another end of the optical waveguide of a surface where light of the light source is emitted.
