A light emitting device with one body type heat sink having a reflector comprises a drive circuit part(110); an emitting device(130) driven by the drive circuit part; a heat sink(150) for releasing the heat generated from the drive circuit part and the emitting device. The heat sink comprise the first layer in which the drive circuit part is mounted and the second level in which the emitting device is formed.
