Zusammenfassung:	A network connecting control device and a method thereof for controlling the control function of a home device are provided to notify a user of the state of a home device and perform a process regardless of the kind of the sensor. A sensor connection unit(113) receives the sensor output value from a sensor. A situation recognition unit(111) compares the sensor output value with the standardized range and determines the state of the home device. The situation recognition unit generates the determined result into digital data according to a mode. A control connecting unit performs a control function according to communications method of a plurality of inter-modules.
