Trade transaction business customer information, counterpart nation business customer information and trade situation information between a business and a customer are associated and provided to a storage medium of a transaction financial institution of a trade transaction counterpart nation business customer. Counterpart nation business information included in cargo insurance joining information received from a trade transaction customer terminal is checked and transmitted to a transaction financial institution of the counterpart business customer, thereby requesting the trade transaction situation information corresponding to the counterpart nation business customer information.
