YARN SPLITTING DIVIDING MACHINE OF VIBRATION GUIDER

A yarn splitting dividing machine having a vibration guide unit is provided to prevent twisting of false twist yarns and to split the yarn guided from a guide unit by adding vibration efficiently. A yarn splitting dividing machine includes a tension control unit, a yarn supplying unit, a guide unit(30), and a vibration type roller(32). The tension control unit controls tension of a false twist yarn supplied from a yarn bobbin. The guide unit has the vibration roller and a driving unit. The roller adds the vibration to the false twist yarn(1), and operates to split the yarn efficiently. The roller comprises shaft rods(32a) arranged to a circular shape according to a rotation center shaft(C), or a polygon shaped rod. The driving unit(33) rotates the vibration type roller. The yarn supplying unit supplies the yarn into the bobbin by using a traverse unit. The traverse unit includes a traverse having a bamboo hat type, a traverse shaft installed on a frame moving up and down and supporting the traverse, a power converting unit converting the rotation power received from a main power unit into up and down straight-line motion and moving the converted power to the traverse shaft, and a distance control unit controlling a moving distance of the traverse shaft.
