A stick type dehydration system of concrete not to be hard by a vacuum pump comprises a water collecting tank(130) whose inside is vacant; a suction pipe(120) connecting to the inside of the water collecting tank; a vacuum pump(110) connecting to the suction pipe to operate to inhale the air of the water collecting tank through the suction pipe; a drainpipe(140) connecting to the inside of the water collecting tank; and a suction hole(151) including a suction tube(150) surrounded with the concrete not to be hard.
