Zusammenfassung:A method of preparing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell is provided to improve the availability ratio of a catalyst and to improve the battery characteristic by having no separation of a catalyst layer and a micro pore inter-layer. A method of preparing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell comprises (S1) a step for forming a micro pore layer by applying a micro pore layer composition on a base; (S2) a step for forming a catalyst layer by applying a catalyst layer composition on the micro pore layer; (S3) a step for positioning a solid polymer electrolyte membrane to face the catalyst layer and the solid polymer electrolyte membrane, and transferring the micro pore layer and catalyst layer to the solid polymer electrolyte membrane by hot-rolling; and (S4) a step for positioning an electrode substrate to face the micro pore layer and the electrode substrate on the solid polymer electrolyte membrane transferred with the micro pore layer and the catalyst layer, and binding the micro pore layer and electrode substrate.
