Zusammenfassung:	A device for frothing and steaming milk is provided to make high quality of milk froth and to boil the milk without the froth. A device for frothing and steaming milk comprises a steam conduit(2) including an air supply port(6) able to be closed, a steamer tube(3) including a temperature sensor(11) detecting temperature of the milk and a controller(13) making the air supply port close and open with an operation mode and a function of the milk temperature detected by the sensor. The steam conduit includes a venturi nozzle(5) having the air supply port controlled by the controller.
