A curved surface molding method of complex hull outer plate using the multi composite cylinder and inductive heater comprises following steps: a curved surface shape information input step(S10) inputting the target curved surface shape information of the outer plate of hull; a cold and hot composite molding simulation step(S20) producing the heating coil information of the high frequency induction heating welder and cold molding information; a cold molding step(S30) which molds to the intended curved surface using the multi composite cylinder; a heat molding step(S40) which uses the high frequency induction heating welder; a comparison step(S50) which measures and compares the intended curved surface and target plate after the heat and cold molding. |
