Zusammenfassung:	A web document conversion device, a method, and a recording medium for generating or updating a web document are provided to convert electronic documents into web documents, therefore a lot of users can use the converted web documents. An electronic document manager(200) extracts electronic document information from an electronic document. A mapping table manager(210) manages a mapping table including the extracted electronic document information and web document information corresponding to the extracted information. A converter(220) converts the electronic document information into the corresponding web document information by using the mapping table. A web document writer(230) generates or updates a web document by using the converted web document information.
