A construction method of a structure for civil engineering and construction works using a panel comprises the steps of excavating the ground and tamping evenly(S100), erecting a back panel at the rear of the tamped ground and erecting a panel at the front of the back panel using a spacer(S200), arranging a horizontal reinforcing bar and a vertical reinforcing bar between the back panel and the panel(S300), placing concrete mortar between the back panel and the panel where the horizontal reinforcing bar and the vertical reinforcing bar are arranged(S400), and separating the back panel after the placed concrete mortar is cured(S500).
