Zusammenfassung: | A valve diagnosis sensor mounting method is provided to correctly attach a strain gauge to a desired point of a base plate to accurately measure thrust and torque of a valve diagnosis sensor and uniformly press the overall valve diagnosis sensor when the base plate is attached to a valve axis to minimize a strain gauge variation. A valve diagnosis sensor mounting method includes a step(S10) of forming a first base on a valve axis, a step(S20) of attaching strain gauges on one side of an adhesive tape, a step(S30) of attaching the strain gauges to a second base, a step(S40) of coating an adhesive onto the back sides of the strain gauges and bonding the strain gauges to the second base, a step(S50) of fixing a wire onto the second base and wiring the strain gauges, and a step(S60) of fixing the second base to the valve axis. |
