Zusammenfassung:	An organic electro luminescence device is provided to improve an image without a degradation of contrast ratio even if external light is illuminated without a polarizer. A first substrate(210) is disposed opposite to a second substrate(230). A driving and switching thin film transistor(DTr) is formed on the first substrate. A colored light conversion layer(257) includes an organic electro luminescence diode(ED), which has a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer(237) and a second electrode(240). The colored light conversion layer is formed at an outside of the first or second substrate and is connected to the driving and switching thin film transistor. The colored light conversion layer is darkly changed when exposed to external light.
