An opening restricting device of the food waste sump comprises a jamming means(5) having holder(4), a locking portion(10) having the key inserting hole(30) the jamming means is admitted, a fastening means in which the jaw(12) of the fastening means(11) hangs on the jaw of the jamming means and which is not broken away from, a key(30) in which the cut accessory means(33) is equipped between the main body member(31) and cut out part(32), a cutting means separating the main body member and cut out part of the key.
