Zusammenfassung:A bio-marker gene for diagnosing exposure to formaldehyde is provided to diagnose the human diseases associated with the formaldehyde exposure by using the gene derived from the lung tissue of which expression is changed according to the formaldehyde exposure. The bio-marker for diagnosing exposure to formaldehyde comprises a lung tissue-derived gene in which the expression is changed according to the formaldehyde exposure, which is selected from (1) the cytochrome P450, family 2, subfamily d, polypeptide 2 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1(NCBI Accession No. AB008423), (2) hydroxymethylbilane synthase gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2(NCBI Accession No. NM013168), (3) the glutathione reductase gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:3(NCBI Accession No. U63923), (4) the carbonic anhydrase 2 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:4(NCBI Accession No. NM019291), (5) the natriuretic peptide receptor 3 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:5(NCBI Accession No. NM012868), (6) the lysosomal-associated protein transmembrane 5 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:6(NCBI Accession No. NM053538), (7) the carbonic regulator of G-protein signaling 3 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:7(NCBI Accession No. NM019340), (8) the olfactomedin related ER localized protein gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:8(NCBI Accession No. NM053573), and (9) the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 gene having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:9(NCBI Accession No. NM013063).
