Zusammenfassung:	A diffusion sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, a backlight unit comprising the same and a liquid crystal display comprising the same are provided to reduce cost of the diffusion sheet, the backlight unit and the liquid crystal display by forming air bubbles in a light diffusing layer with use of cheap foam agent. Foam agent is dispersed on a base material(132). Polymer resin liquid is coated on an entire surface and thermal curing is applied to the polymer resin liquid. The base material is heated. Therefore, the foam agent is thermally decomposed and air bubbles(136) are formed within a light diffusing layer(134).
