Zusammenfassung:	Aqueous secondary polymer dispersion is provided to be suitable to manufacture the aqueous binary PU paint having the increased blister-free film thickness and to ensure high solid content and excellent storage stability. Aqueous secondary polymer dispersion contains a copolymer(P) and a specific monomer(B) of 12.5 weight % or greater based on the polymer (P). The copolymer(P) is synthesized from (I) hydroxy-functional hydrophobic polymer and (II) hydroxy-functional hydrophilic polymer. The hydroxy-functional hydrophobic polymer comprises (Ia) (meth)acrylic acid ester and/or vinyl aromatic and/or vinyl ester having a C1-22 hydrocarbon radical on an alcohol part and (Ib) a hydroxy-functional monomer. The hydroxy-functional hydrophilic polymer comprises (IIa) (meth)acrylic acid ester and/or vinyl aromatic and/or vinyl ester having a C1-22 hydrocarbon radical on an alcohol part, (IIb) a hydroxy-functional monomer and (IIc) an acid functional monomer.
