Zusammenfassung:	An arrangement system of PCB and an operating method thereof are provided to improve work efficiency by accurately arranging a printed circuit board in a rack with a robot. An arrangement system of PCB comprises a printed circuit board(100), a rack(400), a conveyor(200) and a robot(300). A plurality of pinholes are formed in a peripheral part of a printed circuit board. The rack comprises a plurality of fins(410). The fin is inserted into the pinhole. The printed circuit boards are separated from each other and are arranged in the rack. The conveyor transfers the printed circuit board. The robot comprises a body(310), an arm(320) and a hanger(330). The body is adjacent to the conveyor. The arm is pivotally combined in the end part of the body. The hanger is pivotally combined in the end part of the arm. The hanger comprises a rotation panel, a plurality of adsorption pads and a plurality of lamps. The printed circuit board is absorbed with a plurality of adsorption pads.
