Zusammenfassung:	An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a crack of a sealing member by correcting coefficient of thermal expansion of the sealing member. A first substrate(100) is prepared. A second substrate(140) is faced with the first substrate. An organic light emitting diode device(E) is arranged on one substrate among the first substrate and the second substrate. A first sealing member(150) is arranged in a peripheral area(ND) between the first substrate and the second substrate, and blocks the organic light emitting diode device arranged on the first substrate from at least one among external moisture and oxygen. A second sealing member(160) is arranged in outer side between the first substrate and the second substrate. A third sealing member(170) covers an outer side of the second sealing member. The first sealing member includes adhesive resin. The second sealing member includes a first frit having a first coefficient of thermal expansion. The third sealing member includes a second frit having a second coefficient of thermal expansion greater than the first coefficient of thermal expansion.
