Zusammenfassung:A filter manufacturing method is provided to secure productivity and reproducibility by closing a space and manufacturing the filter having a large area. A filter manufacturing method comprises steps of: providing anodized aluminum oxide including alumina having a plurality of grooves and aluminium; including a superionic conductor and loading a stamper having electrodes; contacting the aluminium and the stamper; and authorizing voltage in the electrodes and the aluminium and removing the aluminium.
