Zusammenfassung:	A fuel oil inspection apparatus and a fuel oil inspection apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the inspection cost and time by performing precise analysis of the sample with high similarity only. A fuel oil inspection apparatus comprises a shortwave infrared source consisting of one or more LEDs, a cell holder in which the infrared ray is irradiated and fuel oil, inspection object, is kept, a detection part detecting the infrared ray passing through the cell holder and converting the detected infrared ray into electric signal, and an operation unit analyzing the electric signal from the detector. The cell holder includes two plates and a spacer arranged between the two plates, wherein windows corresponding to the hollow center of the spacer are formed on the center of the plates.
