Zusammenfassung:	A high speed sampling device is provided to measure microbial characteristic by keeping samples at ultra low temperature. A high speed sampling device(10) comprises a fermenter(100) which ferments or cultivates microorganism, a fraction collector(200) filling the sample ejected from the fermenter to sample tubes to the equal level, a peristaltic pump(300) moving the sample in the fermenter to the fraction collector at the uniform flux, a sample storage(400) storing the sample tubes filled with samples by the fraction collector, and a refrigerating bath(500) supplying the cooling water to the sample storage. The sample storage includes a tube rack fixing the sample tubes. The tube rack has a tube fixing groove on the top surface and an inlet port and an outlet port through which the cooling water from the refrigerating bath flows in and out.
