PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel is provided to improve contrast and reduce panel reflectivity by mixing pigment with a fluorescent material layer. A front substrate(101) is formed. A rear substrate(111) is arranged to be opposed to the front substrate. A partition(112) partitions off a discharge cell between the front substrate and the rear substrate. A fluorescent material layer(114) is formed in the discharge cell. The fluorescent material layer comprises a first fluorescent material layer, a second fluorescent material layer and a third fluorescent material layer. The first fluorescent material layer comprises first fluorescent substance material of a white system and red pigment. The second fluorescent material layer comprises second fluorescent material of a white system and blue pigment. The average granularity of the second fluorescent material particle is greater than the average granularity of the first fluorescent substance material particle. The content of the blue pigment is more than the content of the red pigment.
