ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF THE SAME

An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to display different image by individually driving a first light emitting device of a front light emitting region and a second light emitting device of a rear light emitting region. A substrate(200) includes a pixel region. The pixel region includes a rear light emitting region and a front light emitting region. Each thin film transistor is positioned in the rear light emitting region and the front light emitting region. A thin film transistor includes semiconductor layers(210a,210b), gate electrodes(220a,220b), source electrodes(235a,235c) and drain electrodes(235b,235d). The first light-emitting device is positioned in the rear light emitting region. The second light emitting device is positioned in the front light emitting region. The first light emitting device includes a first bottom electrode(250a), a first light-emitting layer(280a), a first top electrode(290a), and a first reflective film(295). The second light emitting device includes a second bottom electrode(270), a second light-emitting layer(280b) and a second top electrode(290b). The second bottom electrode includes a transparent conductive film(250b) and a second reflective film(260).
