A light emitting diode comprises a light emitting diode(100), a heat-sinking member(200), and a printed circuit board. The heat-sinking member comprises a body portion(210), a recess(220) formed on the body portion, a supporting part(230) and a carbon nano tube layer(240). The light emitting diode is positioned within the recess and forms the heat-sinking member using the carbon nano tube layer. The recess is formed on the upper side of the body portion. The supporting part is made of the metal material and is integrally formed with the body portion. |
