SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PURCHASING TRADE RECEIVABLES BY USING PAYMENT GUARANTEE AND PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

A trade receivables processing method, a system and a program recording medium therefor are provided to decide whether payment is guaranteed, by using a foreign import company customer's financial information, and to generate payment guarantee limit information, so that purchase money is automatically deposited on a domestic import customer's account within a payment guarantee limit. An information receiver receives trade receivables payment guarantee application information provided by a domestic export company's customer who concludes a factoring contract with a foreign import company's customer for trade receivables(225). The application information is transmitted to a payment guarantee processor to demand payment guarantee for the trade receivables(255). It is decided whether payment is guaranteed for the demand, by using financial information of the foreign import company's customer, and payment guarantee limit information is generated and sent to a bond purchase processor. Purchase money is automatically deposited on the domestic import company customer's account within a payment guarantee limit.
