Zusammenfassung:	An advertisement providing system and a method are provided to receive the advertisement-information and transmit the navigation terminal with real-time and guide to user on a real-time basis if the advertisement corresponding to the specific location exists. An advertisement providing method comprises: a step(S10) of receiving and storing in a database the advertisement-information including includes an advertising area and an advertisement period from an advertisement supply server; a step(S20) of transmitting to a navigation terminal of a user the advertisement in which the advertisement supply server is stored; a step(S30) of storing the advertisement transmitted from the navigation terminal; a step(S40) of comparing whether the user location is positioned within the advertising area of an advertiser or not; a step(S50) of inquiring the corresponds to advertisement if the case is positioned within the advertising area; and a step(S60) of guiding the inquired advertisement to the user.
