Zusammenfassung:	The fish luring lamp is provided to supplements the illuminance property by dispersing the LED(Light Emitting Diode) light source into the surface light source form. The fish luring lamp comprises the upper member(10), the LED module, the lower material(30), the power supply unit and O-ring(50). The upper member is made into the synthetic resin of transparency or translucency or polycarbonate. The upper member has the joint hole(14), and the seating jaw and screw binding groove. The LED module is mounted to the seating jaw of the upper member. The lower material is made of the synthetic resin or polycarbonate including the phosphor element. The lower material has the screwing protrusion. The screwing protrusion is combined with the screw binding groove. The power supply unit supplies the operating voltage to the LED module. The O-ring maintains the water-tightness between the lower material and the upper member.
